1934 | It all begins in a workshop in Vipiteno with the “Elektromechanische Werkstätte Valentin Troyer”

1942 | The first hydropower plant leaves the workshop

1968 | First hydropower plant over 100 kW

1979 | The first international order takes TROYER to Ethiopia

1984 | First hydropower plant over 1 MW

1993 | The second generation takes the helm

2005 | First turbine over 5 MW

2010 | Turbinenbau Troyer GmbH becomes TROYER AG

2010 | The third generation takes the helm

2013 | TROYER Suisse AG is founded as the Swiss subsidiary

2018 | First turbine over 30 MW

2021 | TROYER Hydro Pvt. Ltd. opens in India

2023 | TROYER becomes part of HTI Group

2024 | 90 years of TROYER and the opening of a local office in Nepal
