TROYER
Valentin Troyer founded the “Valentin Troyer – Elektromechanische Werkstätte” in 1934, which was renamed to today’s Troyer SpA in 2010. The name has changed, the basic idea is the same: Quality and flexibility! We always focus on the special needs and wishes of our customers and as a competent partner we offer technical solutions in all areas (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation) and are also on site with our service team after commissioning.

This mission requires innovative, strategic thinking and the application of the latest technologies. Innovation means always improving. For three generations, we have been designing, building and operating high-quality water turbines and power plants that set new standards in terms of technology and functionality at all times.
Production
The distinguishing mark of the company is, that Troyer SpA from the beginning strives to develop, design, manufacture, assemble and commission every part of the power plant by itself – from the turbine to the power grid. When purchasing additional items such as generators, we work only with manufacturers that we can vouch for with a clear conscience. The activities span over a wide range of tasks from the mechanical engineering to the fluid mechanics, the electrical engineering, the control and automation systems, including the software programming. All this is attentively executed by experienced specialists in perfect cooperation. Most plant components are manufactured by own employees at the headquarter located in Vipiteno.
Troyer Suisse AG takes care of the project in Switzerland as an independent subsidiary since 2013. During the last few years, the company has already been focusing more on customer support and service.
The subsidiary in India was opened in 2021. Troyer Hydro Pvt. Ltd. is based in New Delhi and is the direct contact for all projects in Asia.
