An interdisciplinary technical team designs each plant specifically for its site and operating conditions, for both new plants and revitalization projects. Machinery, Electrical Systems, and Automation are considered together as one integrated system.

Model testing, plant measurements, CFD simulations and structural analyses form the basis for the continuous development of our turbines. This allows us to continually improve performance, efficiency and reliability.

We manufacture key mechanical components in-house, tailored to the specific requirements of each project. With design, manufacturing and quality assurance working side by side, questions can be resolved quickly throughout the process.

Welded components are produced according to project requirements. Welds are inspected and documented in line with project-specific quality requirements. The welding team works closely with design and manufacturing to ensure components can withstand operating loads for decades.

Before assembly, surfaces are prepared and coated according to the component and its operating environment. Corrosion protection is essential for long-term reliability under the respective operating conditions and is therefore considered already during the design stage.

Before components leave our facility in Vipiteno, we assemble them and verify their function. Potential deviations can therefore be identified and corrected at an early stage. This significantly reduces on-site installation and commissioning time.

We manufacture project-specific electrical cabinets in-house and test them before delivery. Protection and excitation systems, as well as synchronizing units, are engineered for each project, coordinated with one another, and integrated into the overall system. This ensures a reliable grid connection.

We configure the control system, web-based SCADA, and alarm system according to the plant’s requirements. Automation manages key operating processes, coordinates auxiliary systems, and ensures safe and efficient operation. Because both hardware and software are developed in-house, automation and plant technology are optimally coordinated.
