Shape the future of hydropower with us

Every plant is built by a team. Become part of ours!

TROYER has been part of HTI Group since 2023, which brings together established technology companies from South Tyrol. That’s why our current job openings and internships are listed on the Group’s shared careers portal. Our teams still work where they always have: in Vipiteno and on project sites around the world.

Ready for hydropower?

Our plants are as unique as the teams that build them: no assembly-line routine, direct communication, and projects across three continents.

Careers

Custom-built hydropower plants, clean power generation, and responsible use of water resources: this is what TROYER has stood for since 1934. It is made possible by people from nine specialist departments working together, from design and manufacturing to installation. Their knowledge and craftsmanship go into every plant we build.
