Super Chepe harnesses a head of 540 m in the Nepalese Himalayas. Two horizontal Pelton turbines deliver a combined output of around 9 MW.

Super Chepe was TROYER’s first project in Nepal. The scope of supply included the complete electromechanical and control equipment for two Pelton generating units. The project laid the foundation for numerous further hydropower projects in the Himalayan country.
