Mechanical engineering
Our technical team is composed of engineers from various disciplines, which allows us to assist our customers as early as the planning phase with a wealth of experience that we have gathered from our work on any past projects. The machines are accurately adapted to the requirements of each project, planned and assembled in a tailored fashion, regardless of whether it is a new plant or a revitalisation project.

Research & Development
Our team is constantly looking for new and innovative solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our machines. Thanks to externally performed model tests and detailed plant measurements, as well as internally performed CFD and structural analyses, we constantly develop and optimize our turbines.

Machine construction factory (CNC)
We offer all the components from a single source all the way from the machine valves to the grid connection. Design, engineering, production, assembly, installation and start-up are carried out entirely by our own, highly specialized technicians. Pelton, Francis and Kaplan turbines, full electromechanical equipment and standalone automation solutions mean a total concept integrating all components.

Welding
The welding division assembles the components according to the project specifications. The welds are then inspected by our quality management specialists.

Varnishing
Another important production step is the varnishing, which protects the components from harmful effects and makes the different parts recognisable by their colour. If desired, the components can be customised.

Preassembly
The preassembly department carries out numerous checks and assembles as many parts as possible to shorten the on-site installation time.

Electrical engineering
The planning and design of the switch and control systems is done with latest software programs.

Electronic engineering factory
Assembly and testing of the electric control cabinets

Software & Automation
The visualization and control is individually customized to each power plant.

Service & Maintenance
Full technical support that meets the highest productivity demands: preventive maintenance including annual technical safety inspections and maintenance contracts, extraordinary repairs and prompt delivery of spares, expert advice and improvements, training and technical assistance as well as customized special solutions all help ensure long-term plant performance and reduced downtime.
