Fortezza (BZ), Italy
Troyer AG realised the electromechanical equipment and automation systems for the intake of the Plunger power plant. The two Kaplan turbines built into the power plant building provided a space-saving solution. The electromechanical equipment was installed on three floors to provide independent access to the generator, spiral turbine and suction pipe. The pressure channel is made entirely of concrete. Particular attention was paid during construction and equipping to the soundproofing of the entire power plant, which was also ensured by Troyer AG.
